Beautiful & Relaxing Perdido Key Beach Front Condo, Escape the Crowds!

The luxurious Beach and Yacht Club at Perdido Key is a rent restricted complex (less than twenty of the 96 units are ever allowed to be in a rental program) so the pool area and the wide expanse of beach are never very crowded.
You will love the near 360 degree view from this brightly decorated eleventh floor unit located directly on the beach. All bedrooms have balconies with water views and private baths that feature travertine showers and counter tops. The well equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, and a separate ice maker. Televisions are provided in each room and there is free wifi as well.
Enjoy an endless variety of activities because you have beach and bay access. You can rent a boat or bring your own! Play tennis on our private courts. Or just relax in a lounge chair enjoying the breathtaking view from the breezy balcony.
Small, well-trained, non-shedding dogs may be allowed with approval but law prohibits their presence on the beach. Inquire about monthly rental rates for Winter (December - February).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy- If you should cancel your reservation thirty (30) days or more prior to the above occupancy date, a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit. If you should cancel your reservation twenty-nine (29) to fifteen (15) days prior to the above occupancy date, half of your deposit will be retained as liquidated damages. If you should cancel your reservation less than fourteen (14) days prior to the above occupancy date, your deposit will be retained as liquidated damages.
