Enjoy direct views of gulf or bay from every room. Master with king bed, deck, jacuzzi tub & shower, and ocean view. Each bedroom has an adjoining private bathroom and deck. Brand new mattresses in each room as of 9/2019! Queen and 2 twins in spare bedrooms. Large pool, well-equipped gym, tennis courts, grill-pavilion, boat ramp and dock. Perfect for families, couples, snowbirds. Summer rentals require Saturday to Saturday booking. Pets negotiable w/ owner approval.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy- If you should cancel your reservation thirty (30) days or more prior to the above occupancy date, a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit. If you should cancel your reservation twenty-nine (29) to fifteen (15) days prior to the above occupancy date, half of your deposit will be retained as liquidated damages. If you should cancel your reservation less than fourteen (14) days prior to the above occupancy date, your deposit will be retained as liquidated damages.
