Property Details
Make yourself at home in this spacious and comfortable third floor center unit in Beach and Yacht Club’s B tower. The balcony overlooks the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico, meaning you are literally steps from the white sand beaches. Our unit includes all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay!
Kitchen/Dining area: The kitchen comes stocked with all the pots and pans you'll need, as well as plenty of plates, cups, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, etc. for your entire party or for hosting guests (and a dishwasher to do it all again!) The kitchen has a high granite counter-top with two stools so you can chat with guests while cooking or enjoy a casual meal. The spacious dining area includes a modern glass top dining table with 6 chairs - great for entertaining! Additionally, there is a granite bar with an additional sink and ice maker.
Living area: The recently renovated comfy living area ensures that everyone has a place to relax! There is a sofa, a love seat, two chairs that rock, swivel and recline, two side tables, a coffee table. You can watch your favorite shows on the wall-mounted smart TV. There is an additional entertainment table with two chairs - great for playing cards, working on a puzzle!
Bedrooms: All the bedrooms are equipped with black out shades, so you get the best rest possible during your stay. Each room has a balcony, a fan, and its own bathroom.
The 1st bedroom has two extra-long double beds, a night stand, two lamps, a dresser, and a flat screen TV.
The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and two night stands, each with its own lamp, a dresser, and a TV/DVR combo.
The Master bedroom has a king bed, two nightstands, a dresser, and a flat screen TV. The large master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, as well as a shower. The Master also has a full vanity area set apart from the Master bath.
Balcony: What better way to enjoy the Gulf Coast's beautiful sunsets than on this wrap-around balcony? It comes with plenty of outdoor seating (two lounge-chairs with ottomans, four club chairs, and three side tables) and a round table with chairs for an outdoor dining option.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy- If you should cancel your reservation thirty (30) days or more prior to the above occupancy date, a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit. If you should cancel your reservation twenty-nine (29) to fifteen (15) days prior to the above occupancy date, half of your deposit will be retained as liquidated damages. If you should cancel your reservation less than fourteen (14) days prior to the above occupancy date, your deposit will be retained as liquidated damages.
