With the gulf on one side and Old River on the other you have access by boat to Perdido Bay, Old River, the gulf, and Pensacola Bay. Easy drive to Pensacola, Florida, Orange Beach, Alabama and Gulf Shores AL. Within walking distance is the world famous Florabama. Enjoy the beach, boating or exploring the Gulf Island National Seashore. This location offers something for everyone.
This unit has everything you can ask for to vacation in comfort. Each bedroom has its own bath and a sleeper sofa is available. Flat screen smart TV is in main living area and all bedrooms have TV. Wi-Fi is available. Modern furnishing, upgraded décor and tile throughout. Master bedroom is large with king size bed, vanity and bath with shower and jetted tub. One room has a queen bed and the other has full over full bunk beds with a twin bed. Linens are top quality and towels (including beach) are provided. Fully stocked kitchen and a dining area where you can enjoy the gulf views. Cabinets are European style and you will find all of the necessities provided. Breakfast bar with two stools provides a great place for children. Wet bar with sink allows a good setup for entertaining. Appliances are stainless and also includes an ice maker.
On the balcony you will enjoy great sunsets and views of gulf and river. The balcony table is large and will accommodate 6 individuals. Balcony wraps around the unit and faces west and south.
Across are the piers where you can dock your boat or fish from the pier. Great setup for cleaning and cooking your catch. For the active individual there is a basketball goal, tennis courts and workout room. If you have a special occasion the club room is large and will be perfect. It overlooks the pool area and in the winter it is heated.
The Beach & Yacht Club's design offers the privacy you'd expect in an exclusive development. Each floor only comprises four residences with roomy floor plans, spacious Gulf front balconies, and spectacular views. Fully equipped kitchens feature European style cabinetry, a microwave, and built-in-icemaker for the convenience of those who love to spend time in the kitchen as well as those who don't. And from the roman-style whirlpool tubs to the generous storage areas, comfort and convenience are notable design considerations in each three-bedroom, three-bath home.

Pets allowed with $150 pet fee, and must be housebroken and well trained. No pets on ANY beds. Pet must be kennel trained or capable of remaining in a confined area when alone.
