Comforts of home describe this fabulously furnished 3 BR center unit on the 11th floor of the BYC’s B Tower. The condo is waterfront with incredible views from every room of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico, and includes the following:
Living area: The living area is spacious and beautifully decorated with sofa and love seat, a comfy side chair, two side tables, lamps, a coffee table and ceiling fan. Builtin bookcase framing flat screen TV, complimentary cable TV and rattan blinds throughout! Tile floors throughout living, dining kitchen areas.
Kitchen/Dining area: Gourmet kitchen with plenty of workspace, granite countertops. It comes stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, cups, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, crockpot, toaster, blender, SS dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop, stove and icemaker. The spacious dining area features a glass top dining table with 6 chairs, great for entertaining! Additionally, there is a breakfast bar looking into the kitchen which has three bar stools. A wet bar with an additional sink, icemaker and wine cooler.
Bedrooms: All the bedrooms come with rattan blinds and are carpeted. Each bedroom has a balcony, ceiling fan, closet and its own bathroom.
• Master Bedroom: king bed, two night stands and lamps, a dresser, built ins for extra storage, 2 small chairs and side table and flat screen tv.
The large Master bathroom has a sink, large Jacuzzi tub, as well as a separate shower. The Master also has a full vanity area with sink set apart from the Master bathroom.
• 1st Bedroom: 2 full beds, one night stand with a lamp, a dresser, a small chair and flat screen tv.
• 2nd Bedroom: Queen Tempur-pedic bed so you sleep like a dream, one night stand with a lamp, a dresser, a small chair and flat screen tv.
Balconies: The unit has a large waterfront balcony accessible from the living room and master bedroom and features a white table, 4 chairs, 2 cushioned loungers and table. Each bedroom also has a small balcony with their own incredible views.
Washer/Dryer: There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your exclusive use.
Parking: Your rental includes a reserved covered parking spot in front of Tower B’s entrance. In addition, there is open parking in the complex’s lot for more vehicles.
WiFi is included throughout the unit.
The unit is non-smoking. No pets.

Cancellation Policy
A payment of $1000 is to be paid at the time of the reservation is made and will serve to hold that reservation. It will also serve as a security deposit. Payment of the full rental amount of the rental is due 30 days before the start date of the reservation and is non-refundable if you should cancel your reservation within thirty (30) days or less of the above occupancy date. Your security deposit will be returned approximately fourteen (14) days from the date of your departure, if there are no damages or other expenses.
