When you need more room, you may combine 503a with 504a and have 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms to entertain all your family and friends! There is a connecting door between the 2 units. This unit has been updated with all new furniture and mattresses. Beautiful beachfront condo with huge porch overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and its white sandy beaches. The porch has 2 lounge chairs and table for eating. There is a large heated pool that you can also see from this 5th floor unit.
Living Area - 2 new sofas and 2 chairs and 1 recliner make this large room a comfortable space for all to sit in. This room also has a large, wall mounted TV and ceiling fan. Plenty of light and the bright decor add to the beach vacation you are wanting.
Kitchen/Dining Area - This kitchen has plenty of eating, drinking and cooking utensils plus lots of other amenities you would need for your stay. Granite counters and glass tile backsplash makes this kitchen a bright and lovely space. The counter has 2 bar stools. The dining table is large enough for 8 guests. There is a wet bar with mini fridge and an ice maker.
Bedrooms - all 3 bedrooms have a private full bathroom, balcony, blackout curtains and ceiling fans.
*Master Bedroom - King bed with 2 nightstands and lamps. Desk and dresser with wall mounted tv above. There is a dressing area with sink outside the bathroom, which has walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub.
*2nd Bedroom - King bed with 2 nightstands and lamps. Dresser with wall mounted tv above.
*3rd Bedroom - Two twin beds, nightstand with lamp and a dresser. This room has a private door to condo 504a, which opens into the dining area in that condo. The door can be locked on both sides when privacy is wanted or opened to easily walk between units.
Washer / dryer and WiFi is available in both units. Storage room outside door available for all your beach equipment. Dedicated, covered parking space for each unit plus plenty of other open parking.
Tennis courts and marina located across the street with free boats slips for your use while here.

Cancellation Policy
A payment of $1000 is to be paid at the time of the reservation is made and will serve to hold that reservation. It will also serve as a security deposit. Payment of the full rental amount of the rental is due 30 days before the start date of the reservation and is non-refundable if you should cancel your reservation within thirty (30) days or less of the above occupancy date. Your security deposit will be returned approximately fourteen (14) days from the date of your departure, if there are no damages or other expenses.
